I started my career in sales in 1973, within a variety of fields from retail, sales and management. My first employment after attending Miami University included work at Beckett Paper within paper manufacturing, Fisher Body division of GM auto parts manufacturing, General Electric aircraft engine manufacturing, as well as Harte Hanks where I was District Circulation Manager for newspapers. All of this gave me a unique understanding of engineering and manufacturing within the companies that I provided staff. In 1981, I started recruiting technical staff supporting project work, model builders and direct placement for Donner Design. Donner was one of two industrial and product scale model builders in the greater Cincinnati area. Donner Design eventually became a division of GPA Technical Associates, where I served as Manager, and soon became Vice President of Technical Services Division.

In 1987, became a Technical Consultant and Sales Representative for Belcan, representing both Belcan Engineering and Belcan TechServices for 33 years supporting a wide range of industries. I retired in 2020.

In 2022, I began collaborating again with GPA. Since July 2025, we are making strides to drive client diversification and support technical personnel resources for the industries that both I and GPA have served for now 46+ years.
