I grew up in Dayton and graduated from Wright State University, where I majored in accounting. After spending the first few years of my career in general accounting roles for a large healthcare organization and a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, I decided to pivot. I transitioned into executive recruiting, specifically focusing on the placement of accounting and finance professionals. Throughout my 33-year recruiting career, I have held leadership roles on both the corporate side and within contingent third-party firms. I’m honored to have been consistently recognized by The Cincinnati Business Courier as one of Cincinnati's top executive recruiters. One of my proudest professional achievements was serving as the Director of Recruiting at a Big 4 CPA firm, where I designed the firm’s very first in-house “experienced hire” recruiting program.

Beyond my day-to-day work, I enjoy giving back to the professional community. I have been a regular guest speaker at both The University of Cincinnati and Wright State University, presenting on topics such as “Careers in Accounting” and “Interviewing Techniques".

Outside of the office, I’m a diehard Reds and Bengals fan. I live in West Chester with my wife and our two dogs.
